What happened to the bellydancer logo? A Public Service Announcement....
Well, be careful out there. Even if you buy from a "reputable" company on the internet, they make "errors" as well. The company will go unnamed, but for now lets just say, they "created" that wonderful banner for me, utilizing (apparently borrowing?) artwork from a totally wonderful artist, without her permission...needless to say, I thought they had created the work for me from scratch....no wonder I thought it was an incredible piece for a commercial company! I of course informed them immediately of their error when the artist saw her work. Thank goodness she contacted me. Otherwise, I would have never known the better..I immediately contacted the company..and removed the "borrowed" work from most or all of my key places...
Her work is wonderful, but the company should have never sold the work to me without her permission, lest not telling me where they got the artwork, or making sure she was given credit! I love my Sacred Goddess Girl logo (well not mine, but I can enjoy her still!)..so I hope to commission this artist myself someday. Just remember folks, companies that may otherwise promote themselves as being "excellent" or full service.. sometimes make mistakes or "errors" as well...I will leave it at that. They have insisted on fulfilling requirements in creating an authentic original creation for me now.
Until then, I have the artists permission to enjoy my Sacred Goddess Girl via
the logo and you will see the logo popup in different places on my personal space
here. I have credited the artist myself, and you will see little blurbs pop up throughout my personal pages here on the Sacred Goddess Realm..
